We all know famous Ganpati in Pune, "Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati".This Ganpati is famous as we know for its blessings. If we ask for wish in front of this Ganpati the wish become true. So lots of Divotees come from various places for the blessings. In this lot of Divotees are from India. But the Ganpati is famous outside of India. So lot of Foreign Divotees are now interested visiting India for seeing Dagdusheth Ganpati. In view with this the Ganpati are famous in Thailand. So now they have decided to have a idol of Dagdusheth Ganpati in Thailand.The idol is same replica of the Dagdusheth Ganpati. The Ganpati is made by famous person (Murtikar) Nilesh Parsekar. The idol is made of fiber. The painting on idol is done by Mukhedkar. The ornaments are of copper plated with gold and are made by Nitin Karde. The idol is of 4.5 feet in height. The ornaments made are mugut, har, parshu, kan, kamal, sundabhush, etc. The pooja & other all rituals are done done at the temple before sending to Bangkok. The Ganpati mandir will be built in Laxmi-Narayan mandir to keep the idol for worship the people in Bangkok.
